Who you agree with
DevFox Labs is a personal project run by one person based in Romania. Where these Terms say “we”, “us” or “our”, they mean that person. You can reach us at hello@devfoxlabs.com.
The other party to these Terms is Antonii Illarionov, a private individual resident in Romania.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using DevFox Labs (the “Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
2. Use of the Platform
You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others. You must not:
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform or its infrastructure
- Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract content from the Platform without written permission
- Transmit any malicious code, spam, or unsolicited communications
- Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity
3. Account Registration
To access certain features you must register for an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
You must provide accurate and complete information during registration and keep it up to date. Accounts found to contain false information may be suspended or terminated.
4. Content and Intellectual Property
All lesson content, code examples, design assets, and other materials published on the Platform are the intellectual property of DevFox Labs or its contributors, unless otherwise stated.
You may read and reference content for personal learning. Reproduction, republication, or commercial use of Platform content without written permission is prohibited.
5. Privacy
Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review it to understand our data practices.
One point is worth stating here rather than leaving it to be found: we count visits to the Platform without cookies and without keeping your IP address, whether or not you are signed in and whatever you chose in the cookie banner. What that means in full, the lawful basis for it, and how to object are set out in the Privacy Policy and the Cookie Policy.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available” without any warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of harmful components.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, DevFox Labsshall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes by email or by posting a notice on the Platform. Your continued use after the effective date of the updated Terms constitutes acceptance.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Romania, where the Platform is operated.
If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, this choice of law does not deprive you of the protection of any mandatory rules of the country where you live, and you keep the right to bring proceedings before the courts of that country.
10. Dispute Resolution
If something goes wrong, please write to hello@devfoxlabs.com first and describe the problem. We will reply within 30 days and try to settle it informally. Most disagreements end there, and it costs you nothing to start.
If that does not resolve it, you may take the matter to a consumer protection body or an alternative dispute resolution entity in your country of residence, or to the courts. Nothing here requires you to give up either route.
11. Termination
You can delete your account at any time from your profile settings, without asking us and without giving a reason. What happens to your data afterwards is described in the Privacy Policy.
We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these Terms. If we do, we will tell you which term was breached, unless a law prevents us from saying so. You can reply to that notice and ask us to reconsider.
